Help poor elders live with dignity

www.rohifoundation.com Million elderly in India have no access to healthcare. The elderly who live in poverty have no access to healthcare. They suffer from age-related illnesses which makes it hard for them to work and without work they can’t afford their necessities. This is a vicious cycle. Donate to the poor seniors in need and support them with food, medicines and necessities. Senior citizens living in poverty face abandonment by their own families as they cannot earn an income. They end up living alone and starving as they cannot afford even two meals a day. Donate to help poor elderly to help them have access to a safe old-age home where they can get food, shelter and medical care. Donate to underfunded programs that are doing great work to provide the poor with necessities like food, shelter, education, senior care, and healthcare. The answer may surprise you. We don’t get a bulk discount on food, as most folks guess. In fact, we don’t even buy food. Instead, our approach is all about finding sustainable, permanent solutions to ending childhood hunger in India. We work with communities across the country to improve and expand existing programs that feed kids school breakfast, after school suppers and snacks, and summer meals to ensure all kids have access to three healthy meals a day. Sometimes our work is complex and there are large barriers, like state laws that mandate the time of day breakfast is served at schools.
